Today we want to talk about our treatments with hyaluronic acid, below you will find some details of what you can expect on the way to wonderful and hydrated skin. Visit us to give you more details and/or specific advice.
Before treatment
You will have a complete medical history that will include:
- Drug use at the time of treatment (such as aspirin or anticoagulants).
- Immune diseases.
- Previous aesthetic treatments.
- Pregnancy or breastfeeding.
During treatment
You will be given hyaluronic acid with a very thin needle inside the skin, the injected product may contain a mild anesthetic or an anesthetic may be given topically before treatment, which helps make it more comfortable. Each treatment session usually lasts about 30 minutes.
After treatment
After treatment, you may experience slight redness or a small bruise around the treated areas, which will disappear after a few days. It is recommended to apply cold on the treated area to reduce inflammation.
You should not apply makeup on the skin immediately after treatment. At 24 hours, you can wear light makeup if necessary to cover any redness or bruising.
Avoid excess sun or extreme cold at least until the initial inflammation or redness has subsided.
